I may have been thinking of The God Raijin, a Japanese God of thunder and rain while putting this stick together this past summer. It was dry and hot, and not a snail in sight.
Farmers in Japan call upon Raijin to bring forth rain during a dry spell, or draught to rehydrate the crop. They are worshipped in Japanese Taoist as a popular God.
You may of course assign other Gods or Goddess of your choice, like Aurora the Goddess of Dawn or Zeus the sky and thunder God who bestows rain.
I selected the Y shaped stick ( i cant remember what tree it fell from. I only work with cedar, pine, oregon grape, apple, plum, pear, so its one of them). It is super smooth with minimal sanding.
