Mugwort infused in olive oil double infusion.
makes a wonderful massage oil, especially before bedtime.
Have a warming bath at night, add some oil to the bath ( careful, tub will be slippery, wash out with dawn dish detergent) and relax into a good night sleep.
Or…. massage into your body before bedtime.
Or…massage the oil on your feet and put some socks on, hop into bed. you can massage your feet, put socks on then before bed, remove socks, like an hour before bed.
does that make sense?
